● Leveraging unique geographical advantages, our groundwater circulation system ensures quenching water temperature ≤40°C, effectively controlling uniformity of workpiece hardness.
● Five 11-meter-deep pit furnaces minimize thermal deformation of workpieces.
● Replacing gas furnaces with electric furnaces guarantees uniform heating with hardness deviation ≤5 HB.
Machining
In 2007, our machining capacity was limited to φ140-φ320 columns and jacks.
After decade-long R&D, we now handle φ63-φ600 components with focus on high-end hydraulic cylinders.
