What is a hydraulic system, what is its function, and what are the principles of pipe installation?

1. The function of the power component is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid, referring to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system.
2. Control components (i.e., various hydraulic valves) control and regulate the pressure, flow, and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system. According to different control functions, hydraulic valves can be divided into pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves. Pressure control valves are further divided into relief valves (safety valves), pressure reducing valves, sequence valves, pressure relays, etc.; flow control valves include throttle valves, regulating valves, and distribution and collection valves, etc.; directional control valves include check valves, hydraulic check valves, shuttle valves, and reversing valves, etc. According to different control methods, hydraulic valves can be divided into on-off control valves, constant value control valves, and proportional control valves.
Auxiliary components include oil tanks, oil filters, oil pipes and pipe fittings, sealing rings, pressure gauges, oil level and temperature gauges, etc.

3. Hydraulic pipeline installation is a major project in the installation of hydraulic system equipment. The quality of pipeline installation is one of the key factors affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
3. For hydraulic system pipes with a diameter of less than 50mm, a cutting machine can be used. Pipes with a diameter of more than 50mm should generally be cut using mechanical processing methods. If gas cutting is used, the part of the tissue change formed by gas cutting must be machined, and the welding bevel can be machined at the same time. Except for the return oil pipe, the pressure pipe is not allowed to be cut with a roller-type extrusion cutter. The cutting surface of the pipe must be flat, and burrs, oxide scale, and slag must be removed. The cutting surface should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
4. Pipes with an outer diameter of less than 30mm can be cold-bent. Pipes with an outer diameter of 30-50mm can be cold-bent or hot-bent. Pipes with an outer diameter greater than 50mm are generally hot-bent.
5. When using butt welding for hydraulic pipes, the inner wall of the weld seam must be 0.3-0.5mm higher than the pipe. Concave inner walls are not allowed. After welding, use a file or hand-held grinder to smooth the raised weld seam on the inner wall. Remove slag and burrs to achieve a smooth finish. Hydraulic station manufacturer
6. During the entire welding process, wind, rain, and snow should be prevented from invading. After the pipeline is welded, for welds with a wall thickness of less than or equal to 5mm, they should be naturally cooled at room temperature and should not be forcibly cooled with strong wind or water.
7. The weld should be fully penetrated, and the appearance should be uniform and flat. The welds of pressure pipelines should be subjected to sampling flaw detection.
8. After piping, welding, and pre-installation, the pipes are disassembled again for pickling and phosphating. After pickling and phosphating, hot air is introduced into the pipes for rapid drying. After drying, if the system is reassembled within a few days and hydraulic oil is introduced into the pipes, no rust prevention treatment is generally required, but it should be properly stored. If it needs to be left for a long time, rust-proof paint is needed, it must be applied 48 hours after phosphating. Note that the rust-proof paint must be compatible with the cleaning solution or hydraulic oil used during subsequent pipeline cleaning.
